Hand-Building Workshops
Explore the possibilities of clay in a guided hand-building workshop. Create mugs, vases, planters, bowls, ornaments, or a custom project designed for your group. Personalize your pieces with stamps, carving, or painted details.

Pottery Painting Parties
Our 1.5 hour pottery painting sessions are ideal for groups of 4–12 people, and especially suited for younger artists (ages 5 and up) or those new to clay. Select a piece of hand-crafted pottery made in studio by our team of talented ceramic artists.
Includes:
Underglazes (paints), clear glossy glaze, kiln firings and use of brushes, tools and good vibes!
Pick a pot or 2 to decorate!

Wheel-throwing Workshops
Take our wheels for a spin and learn the basics of pottery in a relaxed, hands-on studio environment. Perfect for beginners and curious creatives.
For groups of 4–12 people (ages 12+)
Workshop Options:
• 2.5 hours — $150/person (up to 4 pieces)
• 2 hours — $110/person (up to 2 pieces)
• Groups of 6+ may choose 1 piece for $90/person
Includes:
All materials, tools, trimming, glazing, and firing.
Finished pieces are ready in approximately 4-6 weeks.

Group + Party Bookings
Just coming to make pottery?
Groups are welcome to book together and pay our regular activity prices.
If your group is simply coming in to paint, pinch or make pottery and then heading elsewhere for cake, gifts or the rest of the celebration, no party fee applies.
Party Bookings
If MUD is also being used as the party venue, including cake or snacks, gifts, decorations or additional party setup, a party booking fee applies in addition to activity costs.
Up to 5 guests: $50
6–8 guests: $75
9–12 guests: $100
Party bookings include:
✷ 2.5 hours of reserved party time, plus access to your reserved area 30 minutes before your booking for setup and decorating.
✷ Space for cake or simple snacks within a designated area.
✷ Additional setup and cleanup.
✷ Extra staff support for the group
The 2.5 hour booking window includes pottery, food, cake and gifts.
MUD remains open to other customer during regular party bookings. Your group will have a reserved area, but not exclusive use of the studio unless arranged in advance. Private bookings are priced separately based on group size, timing and space requirements.
Your booking time includes pottery making/painting, cake or snacks, gifts and gathering personal belongings before departure.
Groups of 13+
Groups of 13 or more are booked as large group events and priced separately based on group size, activity, staffing and space requirements.
Large group bookings may include an additional event fee, minimum spend or private/semi-private studio booking.
Private Events & 20+ Guests
Groups of approximately 20+ guests, bookings requiring exclusive use of the studio, or events outside our regular opening hours are considered private events.
Private event fees start at $250, plus activity costs.
A deposit is required to secure large and private group bookings and is applied toward the final balance unless otherwise stated.

Wheel throwing $89/person
For instructed workshops such as wheel throwing or hand-building, additional party/event fees may not apply unless the booking also includes food, cake, gifts, additional event time or private use of the space.
Party Guidelines
Outside cake and simple snacks are welcome for party bookings. Please keep food, gifts and belongings within your reserved area. Full meal setups, confetti and glitter are not permitted. For everyone’s safety, running in the studio isn’t allowed. There are lots of breakable things around!
For large groups or private events, contact us with your group size, preferred activity and date and we’ll help determine the best setup.
