Come play with glass!
In this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll design and create a set of two colourful fused glass coasters using layers of transparent and opaque glass, playful patterns, and your own creative combinations.
We'll introduce you to the basics of glass fusing, including cutting, arranging, and layering glass to create your designs. Keep things simple and minimal or go bold with colour and pattern!
Once finished, we'll take care of kiln firing your pieces, transforming the layers into beautiful, one-of-a-kind glass coasters.
No experience necessary! All skill levels are welcome.
✷ Saturday, January 23rd, 4:30–6:30 PM
✷ $89 + GST per person
✷ All glass, tools, materials, and kiln firing included
✷ Set of two finished glass coasters per participant, with smoothed edges (if needed) and protective silicone pads on the bottom
✷ Finished pieces will be available for pickup after firing, within 1 week from workshop date
Just yourself, some creative ideas, and closed-toe shoes! We'll provide safety glasses and all the tools you'll need.
